 At Courtesy Vending, we take a proactive approach to daily handling our business operations. All our managers are automatically informed of any discrepancies or concerns, which increases productivity and maintains a high level of quality service.
With the state of the art Cyberlock technology, all managers are informed via email of any unauthorized route drivers trying to access our vending machines without prior approval.By the use of our GPS tracking system, if any driver skips an account that was scheduled for service, notification will immediately be sent via email to the route manager.
At Courtesy Vending we daily monitor the inventory levels in our warehouse and on our trucks. Our purchasing and inventory specialists are notified automatically via email of any product shortages to minimize out-of-stock purchases at the machine level.
Food Safety
 Courtesy Vending is one of the few vendors that can track product in machines on an item-level basis. We can track inventory as it is received into our warehouse, issued to a route, loaded to a truck, filled in a machine, and eventually sold.
Our ability to track products proved very useful during the peanut butter recall. We were monitoring the FDA recall list daily and cross-referencing that list with the product in our machines. Our company was able to track affected products and dispatch personnel immediately to the exact machines and remove the recalled product.
In most cases, product could be removed from all our machines just hours after being listed on the recall list. Our fresh food is prepared in a USDA certified facility and follows Department of Homeland Security protocol.
